Agitated Thin Film Dryer(ATFD)
Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD) is a very modernized and a dynamic equipment. It is mainly useful for make concentration (high viscosity fluids) to salt form and to separate condensate. In this the blower or vacuum pump is used to raise surface temperature. Rotor with attached blades will help to remove the salt that are attached to the inner shell of ATFD. We use blower or vacuum pump to create vacuum. Centrifugal pumps used for feeding & condensate recovery. For ATFD agitator gear box with motor will be used by connecting VFD. Equipment's used ATFD, cyclone separator or entertainment separator, condenser, feed tank with agitator, condensate vessel. VZLD manufacturing range: 1.5M2 to 40M2.

Hinged blades / immovable blades: The hinged blades are static and they move along with the shaft
Scrapper blades/Movable blades: The scrapper blades will swing upon the heat transfer area, as the rotor/shaft will rotate with an high rpm, the scrapper blades will swing in a single direction. Because of the swinging effect of the scrapper blades the scaling effect will be very low.
