VZLD's Forced Circulation Evaporator ('FCE') carries higher efficiency for long time. This evaporator is suitable for some of the most difficult process fluids. The velocity in tube is very higher than Combined and Falling Film Evaporator. The effluent enters into the tubes then counter flows into steam passing. The heat transfer takes place in calandria and reach a temperature, passed to the vapour separator and vapour is separated to another effect or condenser. The separation of the vapour from effluent continuous process, effluent becomes higher concentrated, then it is transfered to Agitated Thin Film Dryer ('ATFD') for solid output. Vapor becomes condense and goes out as permit with low conductivity. Forced Circulation System is operated by the vacuum base, due to this evaporation done in below boiling point of water and for smooth running of plant.
Depend upon the capacity of water to be evaporated the amount of effect can be increase. Forced Circulation Evaporator is designed for maximum 4 effects. The entire pump used in evaporator is centrifugal with double mechanical seal. For recirculation application for higher capacity we select axial flow pumps. Forced circulation system is operated by the vacuum base, due to this evaporation done in below boiling point of water and for smooth running of plant.
Calandria, Vapour Separator, Condenser, Condensate Vessel and Feed Tank are the process equipment involved in manufacturing Forced Circulated Evaporator('FCE'). VZLD also design evaporators with Thermic fluid, Steam, Hot water. Other major utilities involved is cooling water and power.
