Solvent Stripper is used for low boiling points recovery (solvents) recovery in product. It is fully closed system with packing inside. The product which contain solvents taken to re-boiler and make it to raise the temperature according to the boiling point of the solvent and it is circulated to the bottom vessel the evaporation takes place by the stripper packing the vapor will be passed and solvent recovery will come to solvent holding tank after condensation. We can make reflux to increase the solvent % more, the product after recovery will take into  MEE or ETP EX: Ethanol, Methanol….etc,  equipment's used are stripper, stripper bottom vessel, solvent holding vessel, condenser, pre-heater, re-boiler. For re-circulation centrifugal pumps are used. For feeding, reflux centrifugal pump with seals are used. VZLD Can design of solvent stripper with thermic fluid, steam, hot water. Other major utilities involved is cooling water and  power.

 

Manufacturing range is 5 KLPD to 500 KLPD.

VZLD can also manufacturer the stripper in other MOC also or combination of  above given MOC.  Packing in the stripper will be SS316 (Pole rings & sleeve trays).
